Laying foundations, bird boxes and new signage
A huge thank you to all our volunteers for a very successful April session. Our fantastic group of young volunteers, along with a couple of others, even stayed on beyond our usual finish time to get everything done, so special thanks to them.
The largest group measured and laid the base for our new storage container, another team put up and recorded details for the sponsored bird boxes, and one of our qualified chainsaw operators, helped by a couple of volunteers, dealt with trees that were encroaching on a neighbour’s garden.
On top of all that, two of our new signs went up too! Hard work, but some very worthwhile jobs completed – thank you all.
