Step repairs, scrub clearance and a tidy-up for Stan
We had a very successful volunteer session, and thanks go to everyone who worked so hard.
One group focused on step repairs and fitted an extra post to the pond fence, while most of the team cleared scrub from the area where a new storage container will be sited. We even gave Stan the Quarryman a fresh coat of oil while we were at it.
Our litter pickers were pleased to find less rubbish than expected, though we’d all be happier if people stopped throwing dog waste bags into the brambles. Thanks as always to everyone who came along.
