New Bench and Frogspawn mark March Volunteer Session 2026

So we did it again! After some very dodgy weather earlier in the week, we managed blue sky and sunshine once more for this month’s volunteer session.

The main job was putting in a bench that had been kindly donated, which is now safely and securely installed on a tricky spot just opposite the play area, where we hope it will be well used.

We also shifted the pond weed we’d left last time to give any creatures the chance to escape – and spotted lots of frogspawn in the water – along with repair work in the woodland gym and a productive litter pick.

All in all it was a very worthwhile session. Many thanks to everyone who took part.
